This document contains the General Terms and Conditions governing the contract which will bind you to Flutemakers OY. When placing an Order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete. By placing an Order on this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right at any time, for any reason, and with immediate effect to change the information, prices, specifications, descriptions of products, delivery services on this website, the right to review and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and you will be bound by the terms in force at the time when you place the order.
It is in Flutemaker’s interest to ensure your satisfaction with the service rendered, for which reason we will make every effort to follow up the obligations and commitments taken on with you.
Payment & Price
All prices are in euros. Prices displayed are tax-inclusive and exclusive additional costs. Please note that customs, duties and additional taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Payments can be made via Paypal with Visa and MasterCard or by direct transfer through Swedbank, SEB, LHV bank links.
Paypal is a very convenient and straight forward payment option. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to purchase from this site, simply follow the checkout steps on PayPals secure site, where you can choose your method of payment such as bank transfer. Please don’t hesitate to contact us when you have problems with payment. When you want to pay with your Bank Account, just drop us an e-mail at info@flutemakers.eu and we’ll send a payment request with Paypal.
Package
All our orders will be shipped in packages which will quarantee safe delivery and the goods will not be harmed.
Shipping / Delivery
We deliver worldwide with Omniva, Itella SmartPost, DPD or DHL.
Your order will be delivered to the address you supply when placing an order at the web shop.
Items are sent within 3 working days from order placement. We e-mail you when your order is on the way. Deliveries to Estonia will take between 3-5 working days, worldwide delivery will take between 7-18 working days. If you place an specific order than your goods will be sent within 1-3 days after finishing the product. These times are approximate, and could be longer if there are delays during times such as Christmas or bad weather etc. Flutemakers will not be liable for any non-compliance or delay on the grounds of force majeure. Please bear this in mind if purchasing an item as a gift. If your order is very urgent please e-mail us.

Return policy / Refunds and Exchanges
We try to send all our products as near to perfection as possible. Please remember that all items are handmade, so there may be some quirks every now and then. However, we want to make sure that you really love your item. If you are not happy, please let us know and we will endeavour to work something out.
For example if an item is not up to the expected quality, it can be returned for a refund. We need an explanation and pictures to describe the imperfections. As soon as we have received the item back, we will return the cost of the item. Or if you like to exchange it for a new item, it will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You may only return products which are in the same condition as they were when you received these. Flutemakers will not make any refund nor accept the return of any products if the item has been used, is not labeled or has undergone some damage, for which reason we request you to be careful with the product until you process its return.
Law
Personal details of the customers are confidential and will not be discussed with third parties. This contract is subject to Estonian law.
